· Manage Clinic Accounts & Security: To authenticate users and maintain access controls. Employing clinics must immediately notify us when an employee leaves their practice so we can deactivate that individual's unique login and protect clinical data boundaries.
· Conduct Credit Control & Debt Recovery (B2B Only): To check continuing creditworthiness, build our client database, and report payment defaults or debt collections to authorized agencies.
· Maintain Regulatory & Safety Logs: To track machinery serial numbers for manufacturer warranty registers and recall notices.
3. Targeted Data Disclosures
We share information strictly with specialized third parties required to execute our business workflows:
· Xero Accounting Systems: To automate secure billing records and itemized client quotes.
· Logistics & Freight Providers: To coordinate complex offloading or shipping of medical devices to your destination.
· Credit Reporting & Debt Collection Bureaus (B2B Only): Where permitted by law and relevant commercial arrangements, defaults or outstanding liabilities may be shared with New Zealand credit agencies.
