·       Credit Assessment Data (B2B Only): Trade references, director verification documents, and credit history records obtained from registered bureaus.

·       Digital Analytics (Usage Data): IP addresses, browser types, and navigation tracking generated automatically via website cookies and Google Analytics.

2. Primary Purposes for Data Processing

We utilize your personal and clinical business data to:

·       Fulfil Quotes & Equipment Orders: To execute transactions, manage Xero invoice frameworks, coordinate international machine manufacturing, and arrange delivery.

·       Manage Clinic Accounts & Security: To authenticate users and maintain access controls. Employing clinics must immediately notify us when an employee leaves their practice so we can deactivate that individual's unique login and protect clinical data boundaries.

·       Conduct Credit Control & Debt Recovery (B2B Only): To check continuing creditworthiness, build our client database, and report payment defaults or debt collections to authorized agencies.

·       Maintain Regulatory & Safety Logs: To track machinery serial numbers for manufacturer warranty registers and recall notices.

3. Targeted Data Disclosures

We share information strictly with specialized third parties required to execute our business workflows:

·       Xero Accounting Systems: To automate secure billing records and itemized client quotes.

·       Logistics & Freight Providers: To coordinate complex offloading or shipping of medical devices to your destination.

·       Credit Reporting & Debt Collection Bureaus (B2B Only): Where permitted by law and relevant commercial arrangements, defaults or outstanding liabilities may be shared with New Zealand credit agencies.

·       Legal and Law Enforcement Authorities: Only when required to protect our lawful interests, comply with statutory tax regulations, or facilitate court orders.

4. Electronic Communications (Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007)

Any promotional or commercial emails sent by us are based on explicit or inferred consent obtained when your email address was submitted via our showroom website or direct quotes. You hold an absolute right to opt out of promotional communications at any time via the "unsubscribe" link. Non-promotional messages, such as legal notices, product safety bulletins, or Xero statements, will continue to be delivered.
